Beautiful picture, but I’m pretty sure this wouldn’t be horse chestnut as their blossom is mainly white. Don’t you think it’s more likely this is the sweet chestnut flower? Reply
Hi! It seems to be Aesculus x carnea ‘Fort McNair’ red chestnut variety. It grows near Costco in Rohnert Park! Reply
